Uptake is joining Bosch to scale AI-powered fleet maintenance globally
Bosch has announced its planned acquisition of Uptake, bringing together AI-driven predictive maintenance with Bosch’s global expertise in mobility, diagnostics, and telematics. For fleets, this means smarter maintenance decisions, earlier failure detection, and more uptime.
We’re excited about what this next chapter will enable as we scale predictive maintenance to more vehicles and operators around the world.
