It’s true, we do have great benefits. Uptake’s entire workforce is currently remote with an option to work in our big, beautiful, empty offices in Chicago, Illinois or Missassaga, Ontario, Canada. We know benefits and culture are what matters - not unlimited coffee and snacks (well, maybe coffee). The best we can do is give our people the flexibility to balance work and life while trying to foster genuine camaraderie.
